Magicite 1.0.0 releases the existing local MCP knowledge workflow and magicite init --host claude project connection under the maintainer-approved functional scope.
Start with Install, administrator Setup, and Quick Setup. The supported profile uses Python 3.11/3.12, Linux independent protected custody, autonomous approval off, and current supported runtime/restore procedures. Init connects an already enrolled project; it does not provision privileged custody.
The wheel and source distribution are available from the GitHub release and PyPI. Install from PyPI with python -m pip install magicite==1.0.0. The signed OCI image is ghcr.io/rynaro/magicite:1.0.0; verify provenance and artifact hashes before installing, and pin the OCI digest from the release receipt.
The original release receipt is preserved as the October 11 record, when PyPI was deferred. The October 12 PyPI publication addendum records publication of the same approved wheel and source archive, including their verified hashes and provenance.
Scale budgets, improved retrieval/composition quality, production adoption, production macOS custody, and independent security certification remain unqualified. No previous RC or benchmark result is promoted to PASS. Model acquisition is not pinned to an expected immutable upstream artifact; scanner ignore-unfixed=true means green gates do not prove zero vulnerabilities. Read the full release scope and restrictions.
Qualification work remains separate in issues #77–#82. The original receipt covers fetched GitHub artifacts, four fresh Python 3.11/3.12 wheel/source installations, project-connection checks, and a native ARM container smoke, with fixture limits disclosed. The October 12 addendum separately records a fresh ordinary Python 3.12 install from production PyPI and a passing pip check. The approved functional-v1 roadmap is complete.
