Memory and stability

• Apps opened from the launcher, dock or desktop now run separately from the desktop, so one app running out of memory no longer takes the desktop or other apps down with it.
• Clipboard history keeps saved items on disk instead of in memory.
• Dictation unloads its speech model while idle.
• KDE Connect no longer starts while Phone is off.
• Closing the launcher gives its memory back.
• Large wallpaper previews in Ryogami settings use less memory.
• ryoku doctor --report now includes a memory section to share when apps crash.

• The desktop menu offers Log out, Restart and Power off.
• The wallpaper picker previews the focused wallpaper on the desktop as you browse; closing it restores the one you had.
• Clipboard history and starred items can be navigated and managed with the keyboard.

• Python and every subshell show up again in Bar Studio and the store's Bar styles.
• Shima follows the selected interface language, and its workspace cards show their apps.
• Shima widget face settings can be changed more than once.
• Dock edits appear live and the dock stays visible in the Stage Editor.
• Clicking outside the launcher closes it.
• Stage Editor wallpapers and custom folders display again.
• Python dock and launcher colours follow the bar or your chosen colour.
