RyzeMP 2225 · RyzeRTC STAGING PHAR (experimental)

EXPERIMENTAL Bedrock protocol 2225 staged PHAR built in GitHub Actions 41146746671 from af8d0d4. Includes staged protocol/data, no Amber dependency. Does NOT contain RyzeRTC .so. Native extension is installed separately by the Pterodactyl Egg. This PHAR explicitly reports NetherNet transport unavailable because authenticated signaling and shared RakNet UDP are still incomplete. Not ready for real Minecraft 1.26.60 clients or production.
