At this release, the tox and chem are finalized. The benthic functions are "finalized" as in I would feel most comfortable if they were reviewed by a domain expert again.
Tox and chem at this stage have been battle tested across all bight cycles, and Darrin's excel tool, to the point where this package may be considered as a gold standard, just as the excel tool was.
That being said, I believe Paul still has in mind to do more QA testing across all bight cycles for tox and chem and to fully document it to demonstrate the correctness and competency of this R Package, which I am all in favor of.
