After adding pumi.h to phCook.cc, which also includes Simmetrix headers, there is a conflict between pMesh definitions:

core/pumi/pumi.h

Line 65 in 8311337

typedef apf::Mesh2* pMesh;

and in SimModSuite SimModel.h line 13.
