Why does the same animated image, with the same dimensions and frame count, take up four times more memory in AVIF compared to PNG or WebP

There seems to be a bug here — an extra multiplication by components caused the memory usage to increase several times.

Your screenshot seems answer the reason. The rowBytes already considerate the components, so this is a bug that multiple the twice of components
