Fix the em-dash, n-dash in both excel and csvs. Had to move back to pickling the data into celery and we need to address this during the refactor.
You should run
pip install -r requirements/local.txt. It will probably work without running it, but I did update a library.Fixes #373. All these files now load (https://drive.google.com/a/lbl.gov/folderview?id=0B3fTKpZ9Dx7LYWxTdXU3ckl3b2c&usp=sharing)
