Learn about vigilant mode.

Since laptops couldn't run program due to unable to find friendly monitor names. This has been resolved and any non friendly monitor names that can not be obtained is labeled as Unknown.

Thought this was a critical update that needed attention.
I'll be working on other projects besides this. Upcoming project involves python + QT C++ and is highly more important than this program. If I can get Python and QT C++ to be nice together, it can lead to possibly another better version of Total Battle Chest Tracker. Reworked from the ground up. No plans been made.
