Add option to disable third parties usage

For some projects, having data sent to a third party can be a problem (privacy, security,...)
It'd be nice to have a setting that would disable such integrations (hurl.it and other webservices)
It obviously won't prevent people from using those service manually, but at least it wouldn't be so easy to make that mistake
