amdirt v1.7.0

New features:

• download the dates table via amdirt download
• obtain dates for a subset of samples via amdirt convert
• add option to use a local AMDir installation to look up schemas instead of the slower look up from the GitHub servers and avoid IP blocking
• add option to download the table from ENA that is used for amdirt autofill when autofilling the library information

• actually use of the parameter --output in amdirt download
• infer required BibTex entries based on the library instead of the sample table
