Improvements

• Clearer chat permission recovery: after choosing Edit mode, the inline action becomes Continue, without a duplicate button below.
• Continue restores your original request and selection unchanged, without adding an instruction to edit. Drafts are protected, and nothing is sent automatically.
• Improved agent guidance for answering questions directly in chat. Switching modes does not authorize unsolicited file changes.
• Requests keep the mode, provider, and model selected when sent, even if settings change while context loads.
• Updated permission messages across all 10 interface languages and removed unused text.

Fixes

• Fixed blank SVG previews for percentage-sized images with a valid viewBox, without modifying the original file.
• Fixed the README screenshot so it renders on GitHub.

Validated with 330 passing tests, lint, and TypeScript/build checks.
