Improvements

• Improved mobile settings layout to better match Obsidian: the font-size reset, value, and slider stay on one row.
• Kept the .obsidianignore toggle beside its label, with the Copy default action below.
• Provider cards now stay in two columns at narrower settings widths and switch to one column below 500px. Removed conflicting grid rules.

Validation: lint, TypeScript, production build, and all 394 tests pass.
