Version 1.3.1
What's Changed
A stability and performance release for the 1.3 line..
- Health data is stored in PostgreSQL and no longer in memory (new database table for worker health), and the system status check is fixed.
- The service starts 8 Uvicorn workers, and the scheduler runs in only one of them. A Uvicorn log configuration is included, and
httptoolsis no longer used. - Database access is fully asynchronous, and calls to other services use
httpx(therequestslibrary is gone). Database connection pool settings are set for PostgreSQL, more compound indexes are added (user id plus created time, status plus created time), and database arguments are passed with proper types. - Provisioning rules: no activation email is sent when a user is activated by a rule, administrators are no longer notified about users that already existed, rule conditions use capital letters, and rule evaluation is logged with more data from the decoded token.
- Security: only users with the right realm can see groups, and customers with similar realm names are no longer mixed up.
- Fixed: speakers are always treated as strings, and the database session is no longer committed in a
finallyblock. - New DEVELOPMENT.md with an overview of the service, an example system hierarchy, the provisioning rule flow and administrative roles (#43).
