1. User Registration, Authentication, Profile Management, Service Request Creation, Search, and Provider Matching
Implement the user registration and authentication system, allowing users (service seekers and providers) to create accounts, log in, and manage profiles. This includes role selection (service seeker or provider) and profile customization to suit individual needs. Enable users to post service requests and search for available providers through a list or map view, enhanced by filters based on location, ratings, reviews, and price. Offline support will allow users to draft requests and make profile edits, with syncing once reconnected.
- User Story: As a new user, I want to create an account and log in so that I can access my profile, ongoing service requests, and use the app’s services as a service seeker or provider.

Create a fully integrated work environment for service providers to manage their schedules, optimize their itineraries, predict income, and propose service packages to maximize efficiency and earnings.
- User Story: As a provider, I want to have an overview of all my ongoing jobs so that I can manage them depending on their status.
- User Story: As a provider, I want an automated schedule that updates based on my bookings so I can manage my time efficiently.
- User Story: As a provider, I want real-time directions to each client’s location so that I can gain time.
- User Story: As a provider, I want to optimize my travel routes by clustering appointments geographically so that I can maximize the number of jobs completed in a day.
- User Story: As a provider, I want to propose packages with varying prices to clients, saving time when they contact me.
Enable in-app communication between users and providers with real-time chat and a transparent rating/review system. Set up notifications for request updates, messages, and other events. Offline support ensures access to cached provider profiles, ratings, and past searches, with syncing once reconnected.
