Most worked, but some didn't. I wonder if we can figure out why and how to fix it.

They were email collection rewards and TCG items so that may be something behind it. I can't get to a server to check until tomorrow but I would try to spawn them via alternate means as a check.
Try to use the /object spawn command and the item from the /tangible folder and also try using /qatool lootsearch to see if they are avaialble that way. We may need one of the big brains to weigh in on why /claim doesn't work for these "non-vet rewards" though. This test is literally the first I've heard of it lol. So I don't know where to start with those.
And I looked up a handful of the other items on swgwiki, and they all seem to be items awarded under unique circumstances, but not TCG. For example, the bobble-head c3po was a facebook milestone award. And the Sarlacc garbage cans were awarded based on account status. Same with the Echo Base Hologram. Seems like all the TCG stuff works. Just a bunch of one-off awards don't.
I'll keep trying to produce any of these awards by other means and I'll post if I get any to work.

The TCG folder that's missing is actually Series 8. The series 2 stuff is in either the series 2 or 3 folder. I did a piece of work a while ago to figure out all those items: https://www.swgsource.com/forums/threads/complete-list-of-tcg-loot-cards.314/
You can add the Light Bending Barc Speeder to your list of items awarded through "unusual" means. It was provided for gaining 4 buddy tokens by having four people subscribe using you as a reference. To obtain it right now in game you have to use /qatool lootsearch barc and it's listed there and can be claimed. Makes me wonder if any of those other items are similar. Can't check until tomorrow morning though. The Barn was a series 2 loot card item (structure_deed_barn) and it can be found in the series 1 folder. I'm not sure if that means SOE originally had all of the series 2 items set for release as part of series 1 and then delayed them and called the second release series 2 or if someone who put the dsrc together changed it to make it that way.
TCG series 8 contains things like Yoda's House and the Bespin / Cloud City House. Those houses are not in the current dsrc and neither are any of the other series 8 items. The entire Series 8 folder is missing.
There is something strange with that Bespin house though. It appears that someone attempted to add it into this version of the dsrc at some point but it was only partiallly done and the deed doesn't work. Series 8 was released at a point after the source code leak dates from so it's also possible that the Bespin house was being worked on in this dsrc and as such it's complete in that regard. Ah ok, that makes sense. So TCG doesn't seem to be responsible for any of the broken /claim menu items, at least as far as I can tell. Mostly just email collection items and a few one-off account status items. I'm trying to claim items with the qatool vet rewards option and most of those options to claim things from qatool are broken. Seems like pretty much any entry that doesn't start with object/tangible/ doesn't work. That includes all the TCG stuff, all the later veteran rewards, and most of the misc stuff.
