VMXX0 Dynamixel Controller 2.4

Just to keep track of things, here is a "release" starting at version 2.4. This current version of the code works quite well, and there should not be any bugs. I have just uploaded a zip file as the binary, and this can be opened in VSCODE with PlatformIO. There is a special modified version of the FRAM SPI library included because of it is otherwise not compatible with the MRAM.
