Save migrated annotations #1162
Description
Is your feature request related to a problem?
Right now, the annotations are migrated, but without persistence: They need to be saved.
Desired solution
Create a file with all migrated annotations as output of the migrate command. Consider: If an element has duplicated annotations, only one should be saved.
Also, create a three-level system separated by the similarity of the mapping. The top tier will be migrated as expected (without unsure review), the mid-tier annotations should be marked unsure, and annotations in 3rd level should be saved in another file.
