Breaking Issue with Rename Functionality

Hello,

i am currently incorporating the file actions in my FileManager component and everything seems to be working just fine but for some reason with the rename functionality, the moment i click on the rename option from the dropdown i get this error in the console

it says the isEditing field cannot be added as the object is not extensible.

what might help give some context is my application is in typescript and i have not migrated to vite, although i doubt either of those factor greatly in this

@QBlockTech This issue has been fixed in the latest v1.28.2 release.
