Limitcast 0.17.1: Grok usage identifies itself

• Fix: the Grok weekly-usage request now sends User-Agent: limitcast instead of Grok Build, so it says who is asking. grok.com gave the same answer with either. limitcast grok-usage on and the docs no longer say the request is the one Grok Build makes: that was never verified.

0.17.0 added limitcast grok-usage on (Grok's real weekly % used, off by default). Install: npm install -g limitcast
