In 2015 many front end and js developers have move towards using NPM for all their dependency management. This PR adds a package.json to support installing via NPM.
I have copied much of the details directly from
bower.json
so they should be accurate. After this is merged you will be able to runnpm publish
to add this to the public npm registry.Further Reading
