Initialize the app

Run npm install in the root directory of the app to install all the required dependencies

Make sure your environment is set up to run a react native app in an android simulator. More details on this at https://reactnative.dev/docs/environment-setup
Run npx react-native run-android to run the app on your android simulator
When the app opens, you will see the login screen. You can either log in with the credentials test@test.com and 123456 or you can register your own credentials to log in
