I agree. I left PR opened only if you @domendobnikar wanted to add some questions to template Sam added. Qeustions like tell me ansible version, with copy-paste command to show the version etc). |

Template name must be unique.
Bug report template already existed and this is causing issues.
Revert required. We keep the ones that Sam made.
