Unit tests for syslog_server module weren't yet implemented, so the implementation was added.
Tests are:

  • tests/unit/plugins/module_utils/test_syslog_server.py
  • tests/unit/plugins/modules/test_syslog_server.py
  • tests/unit/plugins/modules/test_syslog_server_info.py
