Just trying to list what needs to be done for VSNS. Maybe a better place for this is issue template, with a check list like we have for release. Would person that creates VSNS (who is this - Sam, Dave, Alex maybe) prefer an issue template?
Likely more steps are needed, but I'm not aware how CI VSNS nodes are created.
