There is a VM named XLAB-vm_nic_info_CI_test. Is is sort of half created. This VM is not listed by our vm_info module. This one needs a fix. Signed-off-by: Justin Cinkelj <justin.cinkelj@xlab.si>

Added 10+ runners with label `self-hosted2. Now try to use them.
CI configuration is (except for passwords) stored in
CI_CONFIG_HC_IP50variable. It contains a whole yml document.
