Latex rendering issues

While working with MTK in Pluto, I noticed several issues with the latex rendering. Here are some of the ones I managed to turn into MWEs

there are several other issues as well, but making MWEs seem hard. Ending up with the display below is a rather common problem though

Those are Symbolics and Latexify issues, not MTK?

The latter is a problem with the choice MTK makes to display only the equations of a system if in a latex-capable environment. I'd prefer if the display of a system was as informative as in a terminal. This issue appears in docs as well, systems do not display nicely there as a consequence

Open a separate issue on that. That's a longer discussion to be had. That might have limitations in show.
