Support more intense variable mappings #297
Description
Right now the variable mappings are simply a find/replace, but some algorithms, like model order reduction or Lamperti transformations, will need more intense transformations, like multiplying by the low rank approximation of some matrix. Systems might need to keep a mapping function from canonical variables to latent space. Also, it would be good to have this exposed so users could call it on the output of solve.
