Adds metadata field to systems to be used by downstream packages to store relevant information about the origin of the system, or other information.
Will be used by discretizer packages such as MethodOfLines.jl and NeuralPDE.jl to wrap ODESolutions in to a form more appropriate for the solutions to PDEs.
Fixes #1744
