Zephyr Support for XIAO ESP32C6

Currently, all XIAO Boards except the newest member XIAO ESP32C6 are compatible with the Linux Zephyr project thanks to the support and contribution from the community! Now, we're calling for your support to add Zephyr support for this new board, please start with the Zephyr Board Porting Guide.

When adding support documentation for each board, remember to use the template available under doc/templates/board.tmpl

Once it's supported, we'll update the Zephyr support to our wiki here.
