This implements support for Java 8
This entails

  • update of oozie-sge
  • update of seqware-distribution and supporting code to use CDH 5.4.4 and a newer version of Spring + postgres
  • update of ansible playbooks/CI
  • a bump up in control node memory requirements to 4GB from 3GB (to be addressed)
