CCConfig v1.3.1 — 修复 Windows 版无法启动

修复

• Windows 版打不开（sidecar 起不来）：tauri 的 resource_dir() 在 Windows 上返回 \\?\C:\... 形式的 verbatim 路径，Node 24.x 的 fs.realpathSync 解析时丢掉末尾分隔符、只剩 C:，直接抛 EISDIR: illegal operation on a directory, lstat 'C:'，sidecar 退出、应用停在引导页。现在传给 Node 的路径统一剥掉 verbatim 前缀。
• 启动日志新增 [sidecar] 启动 node=... script=... cwd=... 一行，再出问题可以直接看出传给 Node 的路径。

安装

• macOS（arm64）：CCConfig_1.3.1_aarch64.dmg，首次打开需右键 → 打开（未公证）
• Windows（x64）：CCConfig_1.3.1_x64-setup.exe，未签名会提示 SmartScreen，选「更多信息 → 仍要运行」
• Windows 版仍要求本机已安装 Node.js ≥ 18

安装包由 GitHub Actions 构建完成后自动出现在下方 Assets。
