Expected or Desired Behavior

The modern experience is currently leveraging and undocumented endpoint (comments)
@vman did a great job at documenting some of the capabilities on his blog https://www.vrdmn.com/2017/07/working-with-page-comments-rest-api-in.html
Unless I missed something, it's not available either in the CSOM (at least not in 16.1.7521.1200)
Can we get an exhaustive documentation for that endpoint please?

implemented in pnpjs via pnp/pnpjs#85 maybe we could rely on that to start documenting?
