UnitTestsdepended on SDK package, but MSBuildSdkExtras handles RID-specific output directories correctly forPack, not for ProjectReference inner-Build. This caused erroneous output directories and extra files in the wrong places. .NET Core MSBuildtoolsfolder was unnecessarily large.
