Changelog

• GitHub Releases now publish validated user-facing changelog bullets from all merged PRs included in the release, including earlier changes whose release was deferred.
• Releases reject untouched templates, hidden comments, mixed internal-only markers, unexpected direct commits, and changed release metadata before mutating Git refs.
• MoonDesk update notices display clear, top-level changelog bullets, preserve wrapped bullet text, and remain compatible with older releases and skipped-version upgrades.
• Release automation preserves Worker Companion packaging and verifies the release body before npm publication.
