Fixes shell_getBlockSigners argument validation. Missing, mistyped and extra parameters now return -32602 before querying storage on HTTP and WebSocket listeners. Valid positional block selectors and the named block form remain supported. Node 0.27.8 silently ignored extra parameters.

The --block-signers acceptance mode creates fresh ML-DSA accounts, submits real signed transfers and verifies captured signer keys on an independently importing light follower after body pruning and a RocksDB reopen. It also checks historical block selectors, strict HTTP/WebSocket argument errors and unchanged account/head state. This single-authority experiment does not cover other algorithms, quorum thresholds, key rotation or reorganizations.

Native archives include RocksDB persistence and libp2p networking for Linux x86_64 and macOS arm64. Use a matching V2 SDK such as shell-sdk@0.14.0-rc.2. Installing a binary does not activate protocol profiles or migrate an existing network; preserve its database, keys and genesis until a compatible migration is coordinated.
