The slate-tool:cli:start analytics event is not properly collecting the contents of slate.config.js

Problem

The slate-tools:cli:start event is being fired but no value is being return for the slateConfig key.

We want to collect user config files so we can get an idea of how common alternative configurations are, if we can improve them, and/or we should consider making these configs a native feature of Slate.
