Enabling looks good to me, though I'd like someone active on this project to OK too.
Just to be super clear: Members of the shopify org don't need to do anything new - their changes will be automatically approved by virtue of them belonging to the shopify org, this only affects external contributors.

👋 We have a new tool for automating the signing and management of Contributor License Agreements. It is part Probot, which is enabled in this PR, and part app which lives at https://cla.shopify.com.
This PR will add a CLA check to your future pull requests. For those outside of the Shopify organization, they are required to sign a CLA before and of their commits in a pull request are merged.
We recommend making this a required check in the repository settings.
