MeetMate 1.2

The first signed release of MeetMate: type or say a meeting in one sentence, and it rings like an alarm before the meeting starts.

Install: download MeetMate.apk below on your Android phone (Android 8 or newer) and open it. Allow your browser to install apps when asked; Play Protect may say it doesn't recognise the developer, because MeetMate isn't on the Play Store, so choose Install anyway. New in 1.2

• Understands times with a dot (at 12.30), numeric dates read day first (31/12, 5/11/2026), and time ranges (from 3 to 4pm, 2-3pm; the start time is used).
• Words like dinner, evening, tonight or morning decide am or pm for a bare hour: "dinner at 8" is 8 pm, "gym at 6 in the morning" is 6 am.
• A meeting that repeats every weekday never starts on a weekend: said on a Saturday, it starts on Monday.
• No microphone permission any more: voice input goes through your phone's speech recognizer. MeetMate asks for neither the microphone nor the internet.

If you installed a debug build from Android Studio before, uninstall it first: it was signed with a different key.
