Beta v1.3.4-beta.3

Beta build of commit 6c0b937.

This is a pre-release. CI passed, but it has not been through the
hardware qualification the stable channel requires, so treat it as
something to test rather than something to rely on.

In the app, choose the Beta firmware channel to receive it over the
air. manifest.json (USB) and ota-manifest.json (over the air)
carry the SHA-256 of every artifact, and both the flasher and the app
verify downloads against them.
