This repository contains Battery Notifier Application.🤓
BatLife has been created as a simple Visual Basic script which can be used to get you notified when your Laptop's battery level reaches fully charged.

Introduction :-

When your Laptop’s battery level reaches low, Windows 10 alerts you with a notification to plug the power source.
But there is no feature in Windows 10 to notify you when the battery is fully charged.
Keeping the Laptop plugged in even after the battery is fully charged affect its health significantly.
Also, if you keep charging for a longer period then battery gets heated.
This is not good for the battery’s health.
It is advised to keep your battery’s charge between 30-90 percent so that your battery lasts for long.
If you are not using any battery manager software, still want to be notified?
Don’t worry, you can make use of a simple script to get the job done.
The script was written to notify when the battery level reaches 95%.

Download this awesome program by following instructions mentioned below. 👇

Install :-

Step 1 :-
Go to Releases.✨

Step 2 :-
Navigate & click on the Source Code (zip) present on the bottom of your screen.

Step 3 :-
Finally save the file BatLife-1.0.zip at desired location on your local computer.

Step 4 :-
Now, Extract the file BatLife-1.0.zip to get BatLife.vbs file
Note :- You can edit script according to your wish by opening it with notepad.
You can change the percentage level at which you want to be notified.

Step 5 :-
Navigate to BatLife.vbs and create a shortcut of the BatLife.vbs file from the right-click menu.

Step 6 :-
Open Run command box by Pressing Win + R.
Type shell:startup.
Click OK to launch the Startup folder.

Step 7 :-
Now copy the BatLife.vbs – Shortcut that you have just created to the Startup folder.
Similarly, you can launch any app or script when the system starts by copying its shortcut to the Startup folder.

Step 8 :-
Just Restart your Laptop.

From now onwards when your battery is charged you will get a notification saying Battery Is Fully Charged in a small window.
You can change the text to be displayed by editing the BatLife.vbs file.

Now BatLife Is All Yours.💕

Uninstall :-

• If you want to Uninstall the script just Press Win + R key And type shell:startup.
• Click OK to launch the Startup folder.
• Delete the BatLife.vbs shortcut from here.
• Restart Your Laptop
