Updates

  • Release StarAgent v0.1.3 as a modern Agent Harness Launcher with an optional multi-Node Hub.
  • Add a Node-first Hub flow and a focused per-Node workspace for Agents, Sessions, Logs, Settings, and Current Node health.
  • Redesign the Dashboard with responsive sidebars, bilingual English/Chinese settings, StarAgent branding, configurable themes, backgrounds, and glass surfaces.
  • Turn Agents into a harness-centered catalog for Codex, Claude Code, and OpenCode, with availability, version, authentication, model, reasoning-effort, launch-profile, and installed-Skills visibility.
  • Add GUI workflows for harness login/logout, configuration files, environment variables, model selection, interactive test terminals, conversation discovery, and Session resume.
  • Add guided install, update, and uninstall paths for harnesses and core dependencies, including official native installers, npm fallbacks, and clearly labelled China-friendly mirrors.
  • Add self-contained Tauri desktop packages for Windows, Linux, macOS Apple Silicon, and macOS Intel, with a bundled StarAgent runtime and native persistent terminals; Windows no longer requires WSL, Python, npm, or tmux to run StarAgent.
  • Add signed Stable and rolling Nightly desktop update channels, release notes and progress UI, per-platform updater manifests, and commit-aware update metadata.
  • Add GitHub-based source updates and per-Node version/dependency reporting so mixed-version Nodes can be diagnosed and upgraded from the UI.
  • Improve custom-provider authentication detection, Codex and Claude Code login methods, CLI update detection, and model-capability handling.
  • Fix Windows ConPTY process discovery, command-shim launching, socket teardown errors, repeated Harness dialogs, and macOS/Linux bundled-runtime startup.
  • Stop Session Working timers when a Harness or provider ends a turn with an error, surface the failure in chat, and move the Session to review instead of leaving it stuck.
  • Expand CI with packaged-runtime smoke tests, synchronized release-version checks, signed updater artifacts, and regression coverage across Launcher, Hub, Sessions, harness tooling, and desktop platforms.
