Allows to prefill the Checkbox List field from the URL query string for ASP.NET MVC Forms
The functionality to prefill the Checkbox List field from the URL query string is not implemented for ASP.NET MVC Forms in WFFM 8.1 and older.
This patch allows using the ReadQueryString option in Control Properties of the Mvc Form controller rendering.
