This is a Data Analytics project using PowerBI brainstormed on project planning using AIMS Grid which is then a project management tool and it has 4 different components to it namely-
: To unlock the revenue insights that are not visible before for sales team for decision support and automate them to reduced manial time spent in data gathering.: Which includes the Sales Director, Marketing team, Customer Service team, Data and Analytics team and the IT team i.e. who all will be involved in generating the revenue insights and what are their respective roles.
: An automated dashboard providing quick and latest revenue insights in order to support data driven decision making, i.e. what do we want to achieve whether to generate sales or a PowerBI dashboard which will as a result give a real-time information on the sales numbers.
: Dashboards uncovering revenue order insights with latest data available. Sales team able to take better decisions and prove 10% cost savings of total revenue generated.
