Unnamed Spaces and DMs now show member names instead of raw IDs.

After running gchat load, unnamed group chats display as e.g. 'Jennifer, Dennis, Quinley' instead of 'AAQAXPzwiFA'. Names resolve from the local cache at display time.

Also fixes @mention keyword search (FTS5 special char fallback).

After the initial 'gchat auth login --browser --profile "Profile 3"', every subsequent command automatically extracts fresh cookies from Chrome. Falls back to saved cookies if Chrome refresh fails.
