Value at Customer (Simulation)

Description

Several iterations of a simulation where the team delivers to the customer some "product". They get paid depending on what they deliver and they have to figure out the value of what they have delivered during the latest run of the simulation. The customer decides the value depending on some rules only they know.

  • Very interesting approach to making folks from both sides (devs + product) think about the value of what is delivered.
  • A lot of learning happening in-between simulation runs, where the team talks about how to best discover the value hidden behind each feature.
