Usage: The perfect choice for those low on resources and energy. To use it you need to place a Crank Handle on top, when you right click the handle it will spin, generating power at 18 RF per turn. Eventually the crank handle will break and will need to be replaced. Energy will automatically be sent to adjacent energy blocks.
