Npm package release under the public @SproutSeeds scope.

• Renames package metadata to @sproutseeds/founder-kit because npm rejected the unscoped founder-kit name as too similar to founderkit.
• Updates README install and npx commands.
• Keeps the founder and founder-kit executable names.
