founder-kit v0.2.2

Unscoped npm package release.

• Publishes the package under the available unscoped npm name founder-scout.
• Keeps the installed global command names founder and founder-kit.
• Removes the scoped @sproutseeds/founder-kit package so there is only one npm package line.

Note: npm rejected the exact unscoped package name founder-kit because it is too similar to an existing package named founderkit.
