New: height limits, like All Below / All Above

• Shift + Page Up/Down: move the upper limit
• Ctrl + Page Up/Down: move the lower limit
• Shift + Ctrl + Page Up/Down: remove both limits

The limits are shown in the HUD (e.g. r = 10, Y 60..80) and saved together with the radius.
