Improvements

• Combine bulb and intervalometer function
• Show remaining exposures for intervalometer
• Show video recording duration in the app
• Allow setting a duration for the trigger-on-focus trigger (relevant for bracketing shots)
• Add warning if location service or Bluetooth scanning is disabled.
• On Android 16 removing a camera will automatically unpair it.

Fixes / Stability

• Fix: Recording state wrongly mapped to focus state
• Fix: Standby blocks intervalometer

Note: I slightly changed the versioning. Since I do not expect to have enough time for many frequent update, I wanted to keep it simple, but the retro style 1.00 was just silly, sorry :)
